On December 19, 2024, a meeting of the conference of the labor collective of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” was held to approve the Collective Labor Agreement for 2025-2026.

Within the framework of the preparation of the draft Collective Labor Agreement, the working committee considered about 180 proposals for amendments. The new document retains all the achievements of previous years, including social benefits for Energoatom employees.

The delegates of the conference overwhelmingly approved the draft Collective Labor Agreement, which was previously reviewed and approved by the labor collectives of the Company's separated subdivisions and structural units.

Bohdan Shmyhelskyi, Executive Director for Human Resources, represented the management of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” and informed the audience about the current state and social policy of the Company.

Separately, Bohdan Shmyhelskyi thanked the NNEGC staff for their constant support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and noted that the Company's staff transferred UAH 256 million to the NBU special account to help our defenders. In total, Energoatom has allocated about UAH 10.2 billion for the needs of the military.

According to Energoatom CEO Petro Kotin, the approval of the Collective Labor Agreement for 2025-2026 is a significant step to preserve and develop social guarantees for our employees. “We continue the tradition of supporting every member of our large nuclear family, which ensures the stability of Ukraine's power system every day,” he said.
